Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

4URA Studios (“we”, “us”) makes Fortnite and Roblox games. This page explains what data we handle on 4urastudios.com, the Aura Board and our Discord server. We keep it to the minimum.

What we collect

• Supporters (Aura Board). If you support us on Ko-fi and tick “make my donation public”, Ko-fi sends us the display name you chose and the amount. We store your name, points and rank so the Aura Board can show them. We do not store your email, payment details or messages. Private supporters are not stored.
• Website visits. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers.
• Discord. If you join our Discord, Discord and our moderation bot (Sapphire) process your account information and messages under Discord’s rules. Moderation logs are visible to staff only.

Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Ko-fi and its payment partners (such as PayPal and Stripe). We never see or store your card or bank details.

How we use data

• To show supporters on the Aura Board and announce them in our Discord.
• To keep the site and community safe and working.
• To understand how many people visit, so we can improve.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the services that run the site and community (Cloudflare, Ko-fi, Discord) and when the law requires it.

Retention and removal

You can ask us to remove your name from the Aura Board at any time. Email us and tell us the name you used on Ko-fi.

Children

Our games are for a general audience, but our website and supporter features are not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please ask a parent before supporting us or joining our Discord.

Third-party links

Our site links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord, Ko-fi, Fortnite and Roblox. Their own privacy policies apply on their services.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
